Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. All transactions are in INR.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Free shipping is available on orders of ₹999 or above. A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below this threshold.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handcrafted and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
